Orders should be placed at least three days in advance, subject to availability on selected dates.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
No, we currently offer delivery and self-collection within Singapore only.
Can I choose my cake flavours and fillings?
Yes. Most cakes allow you to:
- Choose 1 sponge flavour
- Choose 2 fillings
Some special cakes may have slightly different selection rules, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Can I add a message or special request?
Yes. You may include a short message or special request in the text field on the product page. Requests are subject to feasibility.
Do you offer lactose-free options?
Yes, lactose-free options are available for selected cakes. Please select this option on the product page where applicable.
Do your cakes contain allergens?
Our cakes may contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely pollen and allergen-free environment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As our cakes are made to order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of damage or errors, and must be reported on the day of delivery.
Will the cake look exactly like the photos?
Each cake is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, flower placement, and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the handmade charm.
How should I store the cake?
Cakes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days upon delivery for best quality.
