Refund policy

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

• All cakes are made to order and non-returnable

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once order has been made

• We are not responsible for damage once the cake has been collected or accepted by the customer

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• The product arrives damaged (only for delivery arranged by Ing Creations)

• The order is incorrect due to our error

Conditions:

• Issues must be reported within the same day of delivery

• Clear photos must be provided as proof

• Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect delivery details provided by customer
• Improper handling & stoarge i.e. cake is left unrefrigerated, frozen, or stored improperly after collection
• Preference-related issues (taste, colour, design expectations)
• Late notice or change-of-mind cancellations
• Orders that are not collected at the agreed time will not be refunded
• Delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, building access restrictions, or customer unavailability

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, as preparation begins in advance
