Fresh Flowers & Handling

Please keep the cake refrigerated until serving. Freezing is not recommended as it will affect the texture of the fresh cream and will cause the flowers to wilt. For the best taste and presentation, serve the cake soon after taking it out of the refrigerator. Handle gently to preserve the bouquet presentation. Proper handling and storage instructions should be followed to preserve quality.
