How to enjoy a cupcake?

Next, pick it up gently. Peel the cupcake case slowly, pleat by pleat. Extend each pleat outward, this releases the cake and gives you space to enjoy the cupcake properly, not clumsily.

Now take a balanced bite.

A little frosting. A little cake. Let the texture and flavour land before you chew faster than you should.
